How to Live with Intention and Rewrite Your Daily Script

Too many of us live life on autopilot—checking boxes, scrolling screens, and wondering where the time went. Living intentionally means picking up the pen and authoring your own script.

Step 1: Pause and Reflect

Where are you now? Journaling for just five minutes a day can help uncover where you feel stuck.

Step 2: Rewrite the Story

Ask: What do I want my life to look like one year from now? Write it as if it’s already true.

Step 3: Act Daily

Break your vision into small, repeatable actions. For example, if you want more peace, create a bedtime ritual that prioritizes rest and prayer.

A Reset Ritual

Each day, set aside 5 minutes to:

  1. Write one thing you’re grateful for.

  2. Write one intention for the day.

  3. Pray over your intention.

Living intentionally doesn’t require a total overhaul—it requires consistent small choices. Every day, you have the chance to rewrite your script. What story will you write today?
